Luca Frangione

Co-Founder & Creative Director | Master Stylist

Luca's journey began at the legendary Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, followed by over a decade owning and operating a successful salon in Italy. As an international educator for leading Italian professional brands, he traveled to more than 30 countries teaching advanced color techniques, and participated in top fashion events across Milan, London, and Miami. His salon ownership experience revealed the industry's fundamental problem: even the best European color lines couldn't meet the operational demands of modern American salons. Processing times were too long. Inventory requirements were too complex. Luca's vision for 2Square Professional was born from this frustration: bring Italian formulation excellence to a system designed for real salon profitability.

Javier Sousa

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer | Innovation Catalyst

Javier's 14+ years of experience in finance and business innovation make him the driving force behind 2Square Professional's sustainable growth. But he's not a typical CFO—his passion for the beauty industry and talent for identifying market opportunities position him as an innovation catalyst who sees financial strategy as a tool for creative problem-solving. His analytical approach revealed that salons were tying up thousands of dollars in color inventory across multiple product lines—capital that could be reinvested in business growth.This insight led to one of our most powerful value propositions: hybrid systems that reduce color inventory by up to 65%. With over 10 years working alongside Angela Seitz transforming businesses into profitable ventures, Javier brings both financial acumen and collaborative partnership to our leadership team.

With over 10 years of experience in professional beauty, Wendy is the operational force that transformed 2Square Professional from concept to market reality. Her background as Sales Manager and Education Coordinator gave her deep expertise in market analysis and identifying gaps in professional product offerings—she witnessed firsthand how inventory complexity and processing time constraints limited salon profitability.As COO, Wendy oversees the entire product lifecycle: formula development and clinical testing in Italy, logistics, quality control, and coordination of our sales and education teams across North America. Her ability to translate technical product benefits into real business value for salon owners has been instrumental in our growth.
