2Square Professional products are formulated exclusively for professional use by licensed cosmetologists, hairstylists, and salon professionals. By accessing this Site or purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that you are:

- A licensed beauty professional in good standing in your jurisdiction

- Purchasing products for professional use in a salon or educational setting

- Familiar with proper application techniques and hair chemistry

2.2 Restrictions on Use

You may not:

- Resell products through unauthorized channels

- Use products without proper professional training

2.3 Verification

5.5 Specific Product Disclaimers

ACTIVE Scalp & Hair Vitality Serum**: This product supports a nourished scalp environment and the appearance of fuller-looking hair. It is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent hair loss or any medical condition.

**BALANCE Scalp Balancing Treatment: This product helps control flaking and supports scalp balance. It is not an anti-dandruff treatment and is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent dandruff or any medical condition. Apply before shampooing for best results.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

6.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

- Product unavailability

- Pricing errors

- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

- Inability to verify professional licensing

6.2 Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel.

6.3 Payment

Payment is due at time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6.4 Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be added to your order based on your shipping address.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7.1 Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $75 or more (before taxes). For orders under $75, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

7.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.

7.3 Shipping Regions

We ship to addresses within the United States.

7.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7.5 Damaged or Missing Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged (broken or leaking), please email a photo of the damage to sales@2squareprofessional.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you. No return is necessary for damaged goods.

8. 15-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURNS

8.1 Return Window

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

8.2 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be postmarked for return within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date

- Products must be in their original packaging

- Products must be at least 50% full to be eligible for a refund (to ensure the integrity of our professional formulas)

- Empty or nearly empty bottles cannot be accepted

8.3 Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (due to preference), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

- Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions

8.5 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

If the product wasn't the right fit for your hair type, let our team know! We are happy to recommend a better alternative from our line to meet your needs. You may also use our complimentary Digital Concierge Service before purchasing by emailing sales@2squareprofessional.com with a description of your hair type and goals for personalized product recommendations.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

9.2 Professional Responsibility

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AS A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Proper product selection and application

- Client consultation and assessment

- Conducting appropriate tests (patch tests, strand tests)

- Following all safety protocols

- Obtaining informed client consent

9.3 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2SQUARE PROFESSIONAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

- Your use or inability to use the Site or products

- Any unauthorized access to or use of your account

Professional Products - California Restrictions:

Some professional products are restricted for sale to licensed cosmetologists only under California Business and Professions Code. By purchasing professional products, California residents represent that they hold a valid California cosmetology license or are purchasing for use in a licensed salon.

15.2 Colorado Residents

Professional Licensing:

Colorado law requires certain professional hair care products to be used only by licensed cosmetologists. By purchasing professional products for use in Colorado, you represent that you hold a valid Colorado cosmetology license or are purchasing for use in a licensed salon.

Consumer Protection:

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits rights provided under Colorado law.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where state-specific consumer protection laws apply (California, Colorado).

16.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida.

Exception for California Residents:** California residents may choose arbitration in California or may pursue claims in small claims court in their county of residence.

Exception for Colorado Residents:** Colorado residents retain the right to pursue claims in Colorado courts as provided under Colorado law.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action, except where prohibited by law.

Either party may seek equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use of our proprietary information.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
